At Uplift Fitness Studio, we believe that taking care of your body is anything but selfish. If you feel good, you can do more good. We strive for a non-judgmental, friendly atmosphere where everyone cheers each other on. At Uplift, exercising is so much more than reaping physical benefits; we really value the emotional, mental and social benefits that come from exercising together. Come as you are and leave uplifted and empowered to lift up those around you, helping to make the world a little bit better.

We offer up to five amazing group fitness class options daily including cardio, strength training, muscle endurance, and stretching that vary from high intensity to low impact. Our instructors are incredible and you won’t find a nicer group of ladies to work out with. At Uplift Fitness, there are classes for every person no matter your age or physical fitness level.
