Cardio Fuse is a dynamic workout that blends aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, resistance training, and core work into a single, high-energy session. What to Expect:
A 50-55-minute session in a high-energy environment.
Cardio tracks to elevate your heart rate and toning tracks to build strength.
Mini loop bands used for added resistance and muscle activation.
Using a mini loop band, you’ll engage your arms and legs in toning tracks while spiking your heart rate during cardio intervals. The class concludes with "Fuse Finishers," which focus on strengthening your core and legs for a final push. Each session is set to motivating, high-energy music that will inspire you to give your best effort and have fun while doing it.
