PiYo is a unique fitness class that blends the strength-building movements of Pilates, the flexibility-enhancing poses of yoga, and the dynamic flow of cardio. Using only your body weight, you’ll flow through a series of movements that challenge your muscles while protecting your joints. Modifications are available to accommodate all fitness levels, making PiYo an excellent choice for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

  • A 50-55-minute class with other participants in a motivating and inclusive atmosphere.
