What to Expect:

  • A 50-55 minute session with other participants in a high-energy group setting.

  • Rotating strength and cardio stations designed to target different muscle groups.

  • A unique military-style workout once a month to test your fitness.

Every class rotates through four stations, each focusing on different muscle groups or cardio exercises. The variety ensures a balanced, full-body workout that keeps you engaged and challenged. On the fourth Thursday of every month, the class transforms into a military-style workout with no stations—just a continuous challenge to test and assess your growth.
